Please note that the clinic receives a high volume of calls and voicemails. As such, non-urgent messages are returned within 1-2 business days where possible. 

If you have already seen a VHKRI surgeon in consult or had surgery with a VHKRI surgeon, please call their office directly as per the contacts below

Accessibility

We are located on the main floor of the Koerner Pavillion at UBCH hospital. Our offices are wheelchair accessible. When you arrive, enter through the main entrance of the Koerner Pavilion Building at UBC Hospital and take a right. Follow the directions on the wall. When you arrive, have your health care card ready to check in with the desk clerk. Our office are wheelchair accessible.

Parking Information

Parking is available in front of the hospital or in the back parking lot at Health Sciences Parkade. Find instructions for parking in the Health Sciences Parkade on the UBC parking website (https://parking.ubc.ca/map).

After-Hours Contact

In the case of a medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1 or go to your nearest Emergency Department. If you have had surgery with a surgeon at the VHKRI and have concerns after hours that can wait until the next business day, please contact your surgeon’s office directly the following business day.
